Yeah I didn't really flex anything other then lats in the photo I don't really know how to properly take a back photo xD.

Are there any guides? I'd like to take a proper photo so I know what areas I'm weaker in

I can tell you what areas you are weak in . deadlifting sir. get your back numbers up and your back will grow if you allow it to through proper nutrition

yeah man, lots to be proud of. more mass all around, especially in chest

you ever do heavy oblique exercises? like weighted side crunches, so you fail at ~ 5 reps? it will help to fill in that area between your hips and lats. i used to have roughly the same build as you, and those helped me tremendously
