Been trying to improve my lats.
They used to be pretty flat go them to curve a bit after about 4-5 months T_T

U need to improve all aspects no need to focus on body parts yet

I do workout all body parts I just throw in an extra day a week for back xD

Chest/Back/Arms/Legs/Shoulders/Back
m/tues/wedns/thurs/fri/sat

Rest on sundays

Usually the saturday I go high rep stuff and don't deadlift

If you want a 5 day split do:

chest/back/off/shoulders/arms/legs/off. Or just consider doing a full body 3x a week.

id also not be worrying about your lats, they are more noticeable than your non existant spinal erectors and traps
