What is the actual science behind lose weight fast = gain weight fast. Any truth to that? Or is it just the idea that people tend to kill themselves and then just devour everything when they reach the level that they are satisfied and cause them to gain it back fast?

metabolism bra.

I Was wondering , no fats after workout... but is it fine to take in fats after a cardio lets say a 30 min cardio 4:45-5min per km pace. or should i do, have a normal protein shake and wait like an hour before ingesting fats

Exactly....when you quit dieting and go crazy you will gain fat fast mostly because of the lack of care and concern. Usually this comes from people weak in will power.

I think I sort of asked this yesterday but did not get 100% clarification.

Can I take a Pre-Workout like 1MR which is basically caffeine. Then take an Amino Acid also Pre-Work out. Then just Protein and Creatine afterwards?

Or does the Amino Acid make it so I don't need to take the protein?

Always do this:

Protein shake 2 hours pre-workout.

15 mins preworkout - caffeine

immediately post workout, protein shake + creatine

1 hour later full food meal

Can I get a good workout + cardio plan for Monday/Wednesday/Sat/Sun? Just a general plan for size+strength and weight loss.

Amino acids are the broken down form of protein to explain it easily.

Fast acting protein is generally considered a whey protein shake. The next fastest protein would be chicken breast and egg whites.
