Can I take a Pre-Workout like 1MR which is basically caffeine. Then take an Amino Acid also Pre-Work out. Then just Protein and Creatine afterwards?
Or does the Amino Acid make it so I don't need to take the protein?
Always do this:
Protein shake 2 hours pre-workout.
15 mins preworkout - caffeine
immediately post workout, protein shake + creatine
1 hour later full food meal
