Very true. That's why my training has continued.

The only reason my weight is dropping is because I've begun eating properly and I, pretty much, quit drinking booze.

I've been training for almost a year but I was hardly seeing any results because of the super high caliber crap I was consuming.

the reason your weight is dropping so fast is because you are not eating enough food, it's not because of the food you're eating.

anyone ever experience beat up shins while doing deadlifts?
I used to use the trap bar when deadlifting but recently switched to the BB and my shins are getting the shit kicked out of them.
Warmups than 225x5,285x5,290x3
