Can you still progress hitting the gym 3 days a week :( ?
I tought i could do it all. but now that i have boxing and college, some days i cant find time for both.Should i go on a 3 day split

I believe i have seen you say before that you take fat burners while bulking to keep the fat up? Truth to that? Logic behind it? Help with lean bulks or ruin it because not enough calorie surplus?

Then 3x per week is really cutting it short....

If you absolutely have to...I would advise doing this kind of split:

Mon - Chest/Bis/Abs
Tues - OFF
Weds - Back/Shoulders/Tris
Thurs - OFF
Fri - Quads/Hams/Calves

20 sets per major muscle group and 10 sets per minor muscle group

Fat burners during a bulk are fine - no problems there...especially if used on an empty stomach prior to morning cardio or pre-workout. It can help ensure a greater caloric drain at strategic points during the day to maximize fat loss while still building muscle.

I'm looking for some expertise knowledge on ACV ( Apple Cider Vinegar)

Here are some basic facts about ACV

In a nutshell:
- its a thermogenic
- assists in the release of Iron from food
- assists with protein breakdown and growth hormone production
- keeps insulin levels low
- contains potassium
- Helps with acne

Now I'm mainly going to use it for the bolded parts now if I decide to take it orally it is really bad for your teeth so how could I make it less harmful to my teeth?
And If I was to apply it topically for the acne portion do you know if it'd work(ACV has lots of reviews on acne.org it cleans the toxins in your system,etc etc)

Best option here is to throw 2-3 tbsp in 8oz of water and drink that 3-4 times a day.

In addition to that, you could directly apply ACV to the acne in question with a cotton swab and let it sit for 10-15 mins then rinse with tepid water.

I don't use it personally - only as salad dressing sometimes.
