Meh... I'm no body builder or professional trainer. Hell, I don't even know what macros are. All I know is that I'm losing weight and I'm happy about it.

no one is randomly attacking you, most people say these things so you don't do more harm than good. losing 5 lbs in a week when you already have visible abs is NO bueno....really at any stage 5 lbs in a week is NO bueno.

hm... Last time I posted pictures It was 25 lbs in 2 months and everyone was congratulating me. Oh well. Thanks for clearing things up.

Easier to compete, in combat sports, at lower weights. To be perfectly honest, I would rather be "athletic" over "built" or "bodybuilder" etc...

yes, but you want to maintain strength at a lower weight.
