For me and him yes...for others legs get tired too fast.
How different?
Standing not much... in a gymnastic line, enough to get height and less stress on your joints. I'd say 1-2+ feet depending on who is tumbling. Begginers might get less and advanced get over 1 foot.

well I got stuck for soooooooo long with a great gainer flash(like 2 years)...I couldn't get past and learn cork
