the guy to your left in the backflip contest should of been final 2.
he was the only one getting as high or higher then you on some flips..

totally agree!

We were the only two that could control height. Cardio and mental tougthness did it. ;)

pretty cool stuff

i only ever did a few corks, never got em down that well, i could do a nice btwist, kick the moon, front/back flip, 3step wallflip etc tho :D

i think im bout to walk on my university dive team, theyre only d3 tho i def coulda gone d1 :(

For me and him yes...for others legs get tired too fast.

How different? :huh:

Standing not much... in a gymnastic line, enough to get height and less stress on your joints. I'd say 1-2+ feet depending on who is tumbling. Begginers might get less and advanced get over 1 foot.

Those are some awesome tricks. Were they self taught, and if so, where did you start practicing? I'm assuming on grass or somewhere with a soft surface to land on.
