depends. just below 90 degrees is usually fine for building muscle and reducing the risk of injury. However if you are training for a powerlifting competition and need to work full ROM exercises, obviously it will have to be brought all the way down.

Help me out with fish oil pills. I currently take spring valley fish oil pills which is 1000mg of fish oil and 300 mg of omega-3's. I've read that it is alright to take more than the recommended 3 per day, will the extra few fish oil pills help my health in the long run/short run? or will it even benefit me at all to take more than 3 caps?

I see, I Will be on a zero carb cut ( aside from my asparagus ) Ugh I hate the stuff now which is near minimal carbs.

So I will probably be doing a little carb up the night before, and the morning and yes I understand the dehydrated part, I can see my self getting sick from eating to many sugars though w/o water...

I would advice 2-3 caps PER meal.

Anytime.

If you are on a zero carb cut, then you might want to start gradually carbing up the night before for sure, just be careful not to overdo it or suffer the bloat.

umm not for me its for my mate who's trying to lean bulk i think he's like 5'7 and 165. Just lean bulking
