GSXR why must u comment on every one of my posts, who are obviously to Raynor?

He asked you last time to not put in ur 2 cents.

If I wanted your advice I would of PM'd you.

edit

Besides you answer is exactly what I said I was going to do...

I would baiscally be running a keto diet for the week of the deload as I dont need any carbs to fuel workouts, I would be keep protein at like 1.2g per lb

He's never asked me to keep my 2 cents to my self this is the 3rd time I've ever posted in here and was confused on what you were doing, and I didn't answer your question I simply stated what I would do.

Hey there GSXR

Please do not reply to any of the posts in the sticky.

I know that you know better than that.

Regardless of how accurate your info may be, these are the rules of the sticky to avoid confusion, misinformation, and trouble in general.

Thank you for understanding.

Actually I have asked everyone in this thread to restrict their posts to questions and requests for advice/service from myself and 7ds.

I have said that there is to be no spam, opinions, arguments, offering advice/help, or antagonizing in this thread.

This is to avoid confusion, prevent misdirection, and overall to ensure everything moves along properly and efficiently.

thanks for your cooperation.

Also got a question

I have a competition in september on the 23rd at 10A.M. friday or saturday can't think when right now gotta look at my papers, but should I carb up the night before and in the morning? (Ofc w/o anything to drink)

Or just in the morning?

Depends...if you are doing a KETO cut, then you should be carbing up slowly the night before.

If you are on a regular pre-comp cut you should be carbing up JUST prior to the contest...no more than 1 hour before with all simple carbs/sugar.

regular DL's work a lot of legs particularly quads
straight leg DL's work more of your back and some hamstrings

Hey Raynor, just curious what you think about aspartame. It's in cellmass, which has worked amazingly well for me so far (increased my lifts by a looot since I've started), but I just noticed it has aspartame. I know there's no definitive link between it and cancer, but would you recommend switching?

I've tried creatine monohydrate, and I didn't get gains even close to the ones I did on cellmass, so I'd preferably not switch.
