my diet is
meal 1; 2 whole wheat turkey sandwiches American cheese a very little bit of mayo or 4 eggs cheese 2 slices of cheese 4 slices of whole wheat toast
meal 2: iso zero 50 (i get them for free by the cases its a vial 50 gram shot of protein) + isometric meal replacement vial (also get for free lol)
meal 3: usually 2 grilled chicken breasts over a salad (small amount of ranch dressing) or a chicken wrap of some sort with a side salad (small amount of french dressing) this the shift meal i get at work we dont have too many healthy choices on our menu
i dont really have time to eat 6 times a day and with a bad back///knee//ankle combo any cardio over like 30 mins even if its on the bike and i want to cut my left leg off
oh and i drink a shitload of redbull and have a few drinks (jack and coke) after work which i know is my downfall
if you have any other meal options or ways i could sneak a snack a healthy snack im all ears

Hey there. I will modify your existing diet to better serve your purposes:
meal 1; 1 whole wheat turkey sandwich with DOUBLE meat + 2% cheese (cheddar, provolone, swiss, etc - but not American) a very little bit of mayo OR 4 whole eggs + 2 oz 2% cheese +2 slices of whole wheat toast + 4 strips lower fat bacon
meal 2: iso zero 50 (i get them for free by the cases its a vial 50 gram shot of protein) + isometric meal replacement vial (also get for free lol)
meal 3: usually 2 grilled chicken breasts over a salad (small amount of ranch dressing) or a chicken wrap w/ DOUBLE MEAT of some sort with a side salad (small amount of french dressing)
You can have 2 snacks throughout the day between meals....pick from the following:
Handful of mixed nuts + 1 ostrim beef stick
1 cup greek yogurt + handful mixed berries
2 stalks of celery w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter
3 hard boiled eggs + 1 brown rice cake
EDIT:
also for the jack and coke...switch to diet coke - this will eliminate a LOT of the sugar/carbs - same for the redbull - switch over to the sugar free version.
