i wish i had a stronk lower body, severely lacking from some neglecting them lol. gotta really get hard into squats now. i MADE myself like deadlifting which i used to not do, now im gonna MAKE myself love squats whether i want to or not. lmao

I actually love squatting and deadlifting...

It gives me that sense of success whenever I'm able to complete a workout that is heavier than my workout from last week.

Edit: Waiting for that day I can post my own progress thread and have everyone congratulate me :rolleyes:

well i mean its the same for upper body too, my bench and deadlift both went up this week and i feel good, its a good feeling all around. i just still hate the squatting motion even though i know it'll go up lol

And I never squatted .
But then I started squatted and they sky rocketed and now I love squats and its my strongest lift

exactly. the thing thats getting to me to squat is knowing the gains im gonna get from it not only from the squat itself, but what its gonna do to my other lifts like deadlift etc. gonna get those quick noob gains lol

Ya . If your not being one of those youtube idiots who deadlift with there back and hamstrings, and actually use core, legs /. Hips /. Glutes
Squats will def carry over to deadlift .
