Yea, after the car accident I couldn't get to the gym for a week, and then I went on vacation for a week, meaning my diet was S*** cause I couldn't cook while in a hotel, so the last two weeks I've been eating without care for the calories so I could get back into the swing of things. Doesn't help that my digital camera is broken, so now I'm using my phone's camera (10 vs. 3.2 MP) so that doesn't help with showing definition. lol
The accident pretty much set me back to where I was when I blew my back out...*sigh* love hurting just to put my socks on.
I haven't done any direct arm work in the last few months, plus I can't do a deads or bb rows, so I'm getting minimal bi work in. :/

2 weeks ago i was bed ridden with a fever of 103
so missed a few workouts.. and work prevented others
last week was my first week back, I lost 6-8 pounds from being sick
my back isn't in great shape for some reason so last weeks deads were not impressive
and I doubt I'll make this week any better
just gonna keep at er and hope for the best
getting back up to my normal weight, granted
my diets sucked lately, lots of fast food etc
