Just a couple questions...

I'm currently benching 3x5 175 @ 145lbs but I've been there for a couple weeks, and I can feel the plateau. Is it possible to move past the plateau without having to bulk? (I'm terrible at bulking)

Also does "muscle confusion" work? I've heard things both for and against it.

Lastly, I've been getting a weird pain in my elbow from benching (I think it happens more often when I haven't gone in a while) should I be concerned?

To increase the bench you will need to add about 50% extra weight to the bench and do some half-reps with a spotter of course. Do this 3-4 sets once a week with your chest routine. Add an extra 5-10% weight once a week in this process and you should see an increase of bench.

The pain happens...its not good. Change your grip or wear elbow sleeves.

Obtain a bachelor's degree in nutrition from a local college - a master's degree is preferred.

Try to find as much internship and experience as possible to understand how it works.

From there start looking for jobs or open your own practice!

Help gaining mass?

I'm 6'3" and weigh only 160.

Taking protein shakes etc

but I need a good meal plan; not really sure what I should do.

Think you could help a brotha?

that would be good for you. However if you start seeing fat gain, switch to this plan:

Hey there.

It depends what you are going for. If you are trying to have a lean ripped physique, then keep cutting!!

If you are striving to be a powerlifter or strongman and don't really care about BF...then you shouldn't be cutting at all.

If you are trying for overall health you should probably stop cutting now and continue a lean bulk.
