A core routine, that will give a nice 6.

My diet is fine, my core workout works, but not exactly what I want.
Mainly because I don't work the under/love handles to well.

Thanks, tongue.gif

They are there, but not as strong as I would like them/the rest of my core.

I just don't work them alot/ or as much I should.

MASS FX

thoughts on this ?

also tribulus plant ?

thoughts on some of those pill products?

Mass FX seems to be a useless product...don't waste your money.

As far trib - trib is a great product for PCT, overall greater test production, and better overall feeling of well being for men - give it a shot. To be honest, SciFit TZ3 is the best I've ever used.

In order to shred up the mid-section, you need overall fat loss, not a specific exercise regimen.

To hit the obliques ,the best thing I can recommend is broomstick twists (with a weighted stick if possible), and low-cable oblique bends.

Simply working out the obliques and abs will not give you a ripped core ;-)

when talking casein protein...

is there a differnce between calcium caseinate and micellar casein? and would one be more desireable than the other?

Simple - overall fat loss is required to shred the mid section - there is no activity you can do with any part of the body that eliminates fat from that area - spot reduction can not occur in this way.
