Pull-ups have always been a weak point for me. Id be lucky to hit 10-12 @ 93kg

They're ok for me, I hit around 15 if I'm fresh on my first set, but I'm only 160ish lbs

2 second paused squats 145 x 6 x 6
2 second paused bench 115 x 6 x6

was like a 10 minute sesh lel
