Damn I wish I had your work ethic. I think I spent a total of 5-7 hours studying for 5 modules this semester... People in my class would spend up to 10 hours a day but I didn't spend 10 hours through an entire semester... I promised myself to do better next semester tho :p

sx is right, to get rich, work hard and be jewish.

I have everything calculated, I even make sure that I never spend more for CHristmas presents than I expect to get in return from cash gifts.

It sounds insanely jewish, but I can't help it

How's that a difficult task, I haven't ever spent a dollar on christmas presents in my entire life I think.

My parents don't need shit from me, neither do any of my grandparents. My sisters and I don't exchange gifts either (only when we visit each other, I guess)

Never been in a relationship during christmas either

Just because they don't "need" anything doesn't mean you can't get them a gift..

I get my parents, sister, cousins, aunt, grandparents, and close friends all gifts each Christmas.. just have different price points I set for each..

Nah it's kind of how my family is. "why you getting me a present for, you're supposed to be paying your college bills and etc".

And when I ask there's no point cause they'll say they don't want anything and they mean it when they say it (not like a gf and her dumb logic of saying nothing so that you get her something extra nice)

I do buy stuff for my family every time I'm abroad. a bottle of Vodka that costs $60 at home will cost $20 at the airport so cognac or wine or whatever is a common gift I give. And of course unique presents that you could only get in that particular country.
