Sweet shit man. I'm going to a 2 day event in grand prairie in august so its something to train for and see where i'm at for now.

These were the WODs. My team was in scaled since the girls on my team weren't able to meet the required movements and weights for Rx. Probably a good think because 1/3 of the movements/exercises would have been ridiculous for me personally.
All in all, it was an AMAZING day and experience.
Doing a pairs WOD day in August at the same venue/box.
Of note, we finished 4th....fack....we blew chunks in the second WOD but finished 1st in the last two. Bear crawls had to be done with straight legs, it was redic.
I won an entry fee to another camp in September, and will be doing another one in August in a pair with a girl. Should be interesting. I also won a workshop with Chad Vaughn in Toronto! Really pumped for that.

Shipway was actually an AMRAP, we got 12 rounds plus 8. And Bertha was also an AMRAP, we got through the third set of 21's plus 18 reps

First day back after my insane strep throat. 3 days without sleep, 1 meal and 2 bowls of cereal and very minimal water later..

WOD

In the books this is an easy workout but i was pretty exhausted even showing up this morning.
3 rounds,
15 squat cleans @ 95lbs
15 pullups
400m run.

15:40 for time.... Pretty slow considering i was barely jogging on the runs. The pullups and sc's were basic enough. The cleans felt awesome to lift something after like a 5 day hiatus.
Cramped up during all 3 runs. Couldn't breath. Hard to keep my eyes open. Bleh. Hope it goes better for the 3pm. EAT EAT EAT.

WOD

Quick little fucking workout. Ass kicker though.
21/15/9 of Single Arm kettle bell cleans and 5/3/1 15ft rope climbs.
Actual scheme
21 left hand cleans, 21 right, 5 rope climbs, then 15 and 15 etc.

Got 11:25. Was fucking bagged. Climbing a rope without using all upper body is harder than it seems. All technique using the feet.
Back at 6 for a bit of moderately heavy lifting then poppin some melatonin and an early bedtime.

Dude, what is your membership like there? It seems like you hit it twice a day 5 times a week?

Some boxes, mine does this too b/c I usually go twice per day, gives you a membership price for unlimited visits. But every box I've seen has it: Unlimited, 5 classes per week, 3 classes per week, or drop in rates.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish by lifting so many times a day? 3 times a day seems ridiculous lol. No job?

My box only lets me sign in to 5 classes per week, however I can go twice a day but other then Mondays and Saturdays are there different WODs.
