that'd be neat, although as an artist it's hard to pinpoint what 'ultimate beauty' means in a face, because frankly the only candidates that exist are sterile extremes of perceived ideals.
My preference for a face is one that is as uncommon as possible in the way that it's beautiful.
For example, Jennifer Lawrence's features are generally average-beautiful but there's this odd charm about her face overall that I can't seem to get over when seeing her act.

i'd wife her plushy face
Personally, I believe every individual's standard of human beauty can be summarized in three things: golden ratio, health, and past experiences. There is no arguing that in a perfect mate people want both symmetry and health, but all other physical qualities (such as pigmentation, from head to toe) which are seemingly perceived as perfect in any given moment are actually only perceived as so entirely due to past arbitrary events in the person's life. So all individual standards are extremely flimsy (bar the first two qualities). Hence, on an individual level only the golden ratio and health matters.
However, when society gathers together people start conforming to eachother's beliefs (we also get a widening scope of results, since not everyone has seen everyone else) and the result is a standard of beauty which is visible in the form of who the most popular entertainers are (actors, singers, socialites, etc).
