Wouldn't you get more power driving through heels? Looks unstable on your toes.

yeah i really dont know. i just do what the coach tells me, never really thought about what i do and why. i am open for changes, thanks for that. will try it for sure.

You need to drag the bar up your shins. I can't tell exactly but it seems pretty far away from your legs. Also, squat down more and fire with those hammies.
