Other side note: 2 new gym rats joined my gym. They loaded a plate on the smith machines and started doing 25 sets on flat bench and literally let out a war cry on every rep. A super big bear-like guy came up to them and said " Keep it down MOTHERFUCKER!" then they had their tails between there legs and left XD

Side note: I think I heard someone in the gym today go to his friend, "yo, let's go do some upside-down push ups." He wasn't joking, either--dead serious about it/whatever they went to do. I hate those guys when I see them lifting...335x15 on the bench--all two inches of the range of motion, and the guy is like 6'2.
