I hope people will keep contributing to this topic. I've gone through some of the videos and images here more than once. I was thinking of the Kai greene videos this morning at Pilates. It's not difficult exercise, but I pushed a bit harder than usual today. I wanted to do it it right. Normally I think of Pilates as a sort of day-before-basketball-warm-up since I play in a league on thursday nights. Today I wanted to focus on today.
