i have job and college both full time and gf etc and i have made prog

Yes it is, I have a 7 course load, with morning + night classses, gf and part time job on the weekends Q.Q, my workout sched is usually off because I can only get in 2-3 days of workouts (1-2 hrs a day) so yeah :S

Trust me, my body doesn't look that diff buy my lifting gains have increased :S, I just do lots of cardio.

+ I knew someone would eventually call me out on the pics in that old thread, but what can you do =)

I will never understand why people do that "hunch over to make abs more predominant" thing. Makes you look like you just got a crowbar shoved up yer arse. Do the regular poses, or just relaxed.

Edit: No hate, just saying cause I see it a lot, never any jacked dudes though.

thanks man I start a 5x5 routine this week and I plan on 6 meals a day once I land a job to afford it, my meal plan only gets me 3 a day.

Glad to see there's a good amount of interest so far!

Remember everyone, the contest officially starts on January 1st. The main entry period ends on the 31st of this month.

A JSP'er asked me if people are allowed to join late. The answer is yes. This is allowed on the grounds you must use pictures taken very recently with respect to when you join. This means if you join on the first week of March, you cannot use pictures from back in January. Essentially, you may enter late, but you will do so having less time between your entry photos and both (or the last, if you enter really late) prize pot photos. Thus, it is in your best interest to post your entry to the challenge before New Year's Day.
