After rep 3 on my squats, I was like damn it gota get 8.
After the end of it..the back, left and front of my brain were hurting..talk about straining to get that last one. I didn't even want to try for a 9th, haha.

That's called pushing it to get reps.
If you can get it perfectly, then it's not your true max.

was not hating just don't think rolling your frame while squating 380 is a good idea. Was concerned for his bones thats all.
