Actually, the original 10x10 training, has a 10x10 mouvement + a couple of 3-4x8 sets

One, and only one, exercise per body part should be performed

My bad ass wipe... didn't realize I shouldn't follow Poliquin's article on his own fucking workout. Go back to eating 3 almonds/ day and some green tea.

BTW, did shoulders and arms this morning... hardest shit I've ever done in my life for DB Military Presses. 6,7,8 sets made me feel like my shoulders were about to disintegrate.

The original 10x10 is what made me start loving workouts so much. My variations are just tested stuff I did in the gym with customers + me that also had great results.

Oh no...POLIQUIN said something...

maybe I should go treat it like the holy word and chizzle it into stone tablets.

Or maybe I'll continue doing my workouts and looking better than you while you eat your turkey bacon and stumble around on your keto diet raging at people on diablo 2 forums.
