that only makes sense if he had not written in his previous line

this.

Just got in from 65 mins of HIIT Elliptical and some moderate core work + my heavy circuit.

Afk consuming 3 whole eggs w/ 1 cup blueberries + 1 scoop ON Whey in a shake on the side.

Had 3 small whole wheat pancakes that I made with blackberries and a nanner for breakfast (my mild carb up before a high cardio intense day).

All my workouts are linked on the first page.

I do circuits before them and cardio after.

sorry, i didn't phrase that right..what i meant was how long do your longest workouts take you?

then had a nanner about an hour later.

played football for an hour, logged 370+ rushing yards (6 on 6 w/ friends tackle).

now going to have a scoop of whey and relax.

Mowed the lawn which took me bout 2 hrs cause I've been putting it off, have the cheapest push mower possible so it was an actual workout.

Did a couple circuits then did my leg day.

Legs felt dead today, only repped out 3 at 494, didn't even bother getting close to my max.
I'm contributing this to double sessions of cardio, football yesterday, and a lot of sex fri night/sat morning.

Did 35 mins on the elliptical at a mild intensity mountain climbing session.

Food log...

Morning:
1 Nanner
3 Whole Eggs Scrambled
1 Large Beefsteak Tomato
Little Olive Oil

Rand Snack:
1 Granny Smith Apple

Pre-Lawn Mowing:
1 Plumcot

Post Lawn Mowing:
1 Scoop Whey

Post Workout:
1 Scoop Whey

Meal bout 20 mins later:
.75 lb Grilled Chicken
1 Tbsp Raspberry Chipotle Relish

On the meal plan still for today:
Powerbutter + Celery
Nanner
Maybe some Almonds.

You've used a stationary bike to workout yes?
I just picked mine up, and doing 50 minutes on it, I feel it, but I'm not as worn out as after I use the treadmill for example.
Should I just crank my resistance up? Go harder? :O
Also my treadmill was in a very small room, and I used it with the door closed so it got pretty hot in there already I think that'd make it harder.

stationary bikes can only push you so far.

if you're not doing hiit on max intensity you're wasting your time sitting and making your ass flat.

throw on garbage bags and hoodies.

make yourself sweat more if you want to lose water weight, that's all you'll do though, lose water weight.

I feel like stationary bikes work your legs a lot more than the elliptical or running does.
