I'll look into it. Is it significant though or a minor benefit that is outweighed by the cost? I am not lactose intolerant or mind a little extra fat I probably should eat more of it tbh. Most of my meals are clean

It's worth it and not much more expansive if at all.
Make sure to take 3-5 grams of creatine with it.
