Well the army pretty much ingrained that in me 🤣. Although now I workout for choice not because I have to

Cause I usually do my full sets then run a mile after. Idk In the Army we always did 90 min workouts so it’s what I am used to. I agree 60 min works

how much water do you drink daily? you would need to be drinking massive amounts in order to flush out the water held under skin.

also daily core workouts are pointless imo. it's about calorie burning. you might just take a long steady walk and burn more.

anyone who tells you anything other than calories in vs calories out doesnt know what they are talking about.

if you want to lose 1 lb of mass, you need a 3500 calorie deficit

if you want to target fat(you cant target spots like your stomach), eat a high amount of protein while maintaining your deficit, work out, rest and sleep are important so you dont lose a large amount of muscle.

tl;dr put down the fork
