anyone who tells you anything other than calories in vs calories out doesnt know what they are talking about.
if you want to lose 1 lb of mass, you need a 3500 calorie deficit
if you want to target fat(you cant target spots like your stomach), eat a high amount of protein while maintaining your deficit, work out, rest and sleep are important so you dont lose a large amount of muscle.
