I have had really fancy expensive whole foods ones and relatively inexpensive drug store brands. They all seem to do the same job. They make smaller packs so you can see if they make a difference without buying a ton. I would get terrible GI and IBS stress when travelling and taking a probiotic the day before travel and the day during travel removed any symptoms. Good luck!

Thanks mate!

To add to a list of pre/probiotic enzymes:

Kombucha (You want raw, unfiltered, non-pasteurized. GT’s is the best brand IMO)
Greek Yogurt
Kimchi/other fermented veggies

No supplement, whether powder or pill, will ever have the same efficacy as getting the nutrient you’re looking for from a whole food source.

Side note: I also shit multiple times a day and usually have to go shortly after a meal. This is a good thing, 2-4 dumps a day is very healthy and any doctor will tell you the same.

Maybe it's not such a big thing for me majority of the time then. Also those foods I pretty much rarely eat so idk how much I'm missing from them.
Greek Yogurt doesn't always sit right with me, I should try kombucha. I didn't know it was beneficial

Check out the benefits of having good gut health. It’s the largest organ in the body and effects the entire CNS on a grand scale.

Kombucha does not taste very good at first, but you get used to it. It’s like apple cider vinegar, just not as bad lol
