My right arm is still sore... after 4 days... I don't get it.
I had sufficient sleep had shrimp and burrito and taco yesterday. I could not get into the fast for all day.. because I have insane hunger problems. So I am fasting during the morning for now and we will see what happens in the afternoon . My point here is I want to keep up with my routine. I have not been this sore from DOMS before usually I'm healed up by the 3rd day.

You may want to consider a more dynamic routine that accommodates the unforseen. Sometimes the body just needs extra time and it's due to factors largely beyond your control. Sometimes getting in enough of the right macro nutrients and recieving full nights of restful sleep just isn't enough.

It's like if you ever get injured - obviously you need to allow time for the healing process to take place, but that doesn't mean you stop training all together, just because you cannot proceed with your regularly scheduled workout routine. You work around the injury, continuing to strengthen other areas elsewhere and in doing so, the thing you were originally trying to recover benefits as a result.
