I am calculating at 1 gram per pound of lean body weight.

So 2.2 grams per kilo.

Incorrect sir. Insulin doesn't cause weight gain unless you're in a kcal surplus.

I said prevents weight lose.
You can maintain with it.

A short term spike in insulin has no effect on daily weight gain and loss assuming same total kcal intake.

They tested it with 10g of sugar and 100g of sugar and there was no difference in weight loss despite different short term insulin response. Energy balance is what determine weight variations.

true, but you don't want to spike your insuline multiple times per day with 20 grams of something.
