Are cheat rows worthless? Say you can row 100s strict, but 130s cheating. Are you actually getting anything with the 130s, considering you're cheating
Cheat rowing is fine , just understand the context for using it. Generally speaking, cheat rowing is leveraged to force the upper back to get a deeper stretch or exposure to loads to increase strength to make upper back stronger in the deadlift or do heavier loads and control the eccentric.
Many people use cheat rows , db or bb variants.
