Yeah, I'm a coach myself, specified in weightlifting!

Any thoughts on the upcoming games next week?

Should be possible to watch on YouTube. The women's side is no doubt about it, I think Tia will reign this year and another.
Haley Adams who came 5th last year is just 19 years old, giving her a couple of years to reach her prime in a year or two, she will have without a doubt +5 years to dominate!

So excited!
Not so sure how long Fraser will be the top dog but he seems also undefeatable.

I think fraser has a good 3 years left of top dog more or less. I think once he loses his spot he'll drop it or just continue being a boss at al older age. Pretty fken sick tho what he can't do. Lol. It'd take me literally 3-4 years or purely training with a professional trainer everyday to get there.
Yea man some really good young ones in there tbh. Legit have so much potential in the upcoming years. Tia has this for a couple years for sure though
There was the opener today, missed the live. Couldn't find it. Ffs

What...?? How are they boring. If you have ever watched any weight lifting comps, these are literally the most entertaining. The others are stagnant whereas these guys and girls actually fken move around.

as someone who's followed the games for 5 years, this years suck.
the best part of the games are the competitive racing head to head, under the lights, etc.

this is watching someone do a home workout.

Lol well, if we didn't have a home workout version, there wouldn't be crossfit games at all.

not sure what you're getting at, im saying the entertainment aspect is gone. watching a solo home workout provides absolutely no entertainment value to me.
