Lunges don’t require much weight if any for a decent workout. Push-ups are always great. It’s never hard to find to bust out pull-ups. Planks and leg raises are always a solid ab workout.

All good workouts that most people in this sf including myself can still improve from

Yes. If you look at the date when it was posted, some places weren't declared a state of emergency yet and haven't had non-essential places shut down. But I understand your concern

+1 we all are like that, its harder get the motivation, find the moment even having more free time than ever. But is about forcing you a bit and trying to be disciplined.

discipline isnt necessary when you enjoy it
