roid users produce less testosterone, and their balls shrink too (using same logic as above)
Will the same happen to me if i get my creatine else where?
Are my balls going to shrink?

It's not obviously true to me that taking an exogenous source of creatine doesn't change my natural creatine production.
The way i see it is that if your body is getting too much of something from the outside, it will stop producing it naturally, as it already has enough of it.

If you eat anything other than veggies, you're ingesting upwards of x2 the amount that your body normally produces as is.

Comparing exogenous testosterone and creatine is a far stretch. When you start messing with your bodies natural regulation of its HPTA, that's when you start noticing big changes..

And if you cycle correctly and come off correctly, you can achieve HPTA homeostasis while coming off gear.

If you want to go back to your baseline production, you better give up eating any sources of natural protein.

I did however loose 3lb -5lb of water weight, and .4 -.5 of cm of my bicep circumference (I always took measures 24hrs after workouts in the morning)
That daily teaspoon of creatine surely did impact water retention!

I recommend staying off. Just eat more chicken. Probably less expensive to eat more also.

i dropped it cuz i didnt want the water weight. lost no strength and kept making gains.

u gotta be a cuck to honestly believe your strength is dependent on creatine.

Strength isn't, but recovery is definitely impacted by Creatine.

Which explains why you might drop a few reps on high rep lifts.

Nothing to worry about.

@OP: You're better off cycling your creatine. Taking it constantly is not recommended.
