Salted Caramel, Strawberry Cream, Chocolate Smooth, and Mocha are all pretty great flavors and I could do daily.

Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Brownie, Natural Strawberry, Cinnamon Roll are all above average and not too bad but I couldn't do every day.

The only flavor I have ever regretted buying was Snickerdoodle.

Over the winter I bought unflavored (a little cheaper than flavored) and just mixed it with chocolate smooth and it was pretty good.

My dumbass thought half a pound of chicken, 8 ounces of milk, and about five to ten strawberries was a great idea at the time haha.

If you have the access to eat natural 3 times a day, don't do protein shakes. I got my best results working out just eating clean 3 times a day, with a snack of bannas + nuts in between then I ever did when I was chugging a ton of supplements.

And the best I ever looked was when I was eating a burrito from del taco, two protein shakes with 4 scoops of whey with milk and cookies every day.

for me the old syntha-6 strawberry milkshake was the goatest of all goats

this was before 2010 so probably not still made and there probably wasnt any protein in it anyway

I read a meta analysis which said that protein shakes provide only a 5-10% advantage to eating 3 healthy meals.

So why take them unless your an athlete?
