Pretty much this, I used this, with a slightly altered recipe, and also had almonds as a snack (massive calories, and a good fat source).
It's the best method, you can literally just eat this stuff, and eat a normal sized lunch/supper and the weight will come your way.
Me @ 18. 6"0 130 lbs, I think I went up to 160 on random stuff, but to break that, I used the above.
Me many years later @ 185+
Would still like to gain a little more, maybe hit that 190 morning weight. But I can get there.
