You wont last on your deficit with the way that you're doing this.
You're also taxing the crap out of your organs.
I'd find out how to batch cook and freeze meals and set a more reasonable deficit if you wish to achieve longer term success.

You're a 270 pound human eating 1800 calories. You don't need an education to know that's starving yourself. I eat 1500 calories before 10 am everyday. Another 800 for lunch 250 at 3:30 and another 800 in the evening or so and that's maintenance.

Even if you never exercised and I'm assuming you're fat as fuck lazy, very little muscle mass your BMR is probably around 2800 calories. No shit you cut it by over a third you're going to rapidly lose weight in a disgustingly unhealthy way.

The composition of what you're eating dosent do magic and detract from the fact you're destroying your metabolic rate long term and damaging both your organs and immune system.

exactly my point a total numb nut

i started at 245 knowing i only went twice a week to the gym at the time had to stop healing 2 minor injuries just repeating my self nobody reads but ho well.

my daily calorie intake had to be 1800 for me to lose 1.5pounds a week 2500 to maintain my current weight


3500 calorie deficit = 1 pound of fat loss

700x7 = 4900 thats my total deficit weekly on my current diet wich equals normally to about 1.5 pounds a week in weight loss


i do not starve myself only the 1st 3 days were hard and i felt hungry but after that i was fine and i am still fine


like i said uneducated people trying to talk shit and call what i'm doing starvation and bad when they have no idea wtf they're talking about

EVERYONE CALORIES ARE NOT EQUAL A MAN CAN BE 160 POUNDS AND NEED 4K CALORIES TO MAINTAIN A GUY CAN BE 250 POUNDS AND NEED 2400 TO MAINTAIN

You're stupidity is unfathomable. I'm well aware calories are not a liner with weight for all people. For example now that you're destroying your metabolic rate you will need significantly less as your body breaks down.
