Even if you never exercised and I'm assuming you're fat as fuck lazy, very little muscle mass your BMR is probably around 2800 calories. No shit you cut it by over a third you're going to rapidly lose weight in a disgustingly unhealthy way.
The composition of what you're eating dosent do magic and detract from the fact you're destroying your metabolic rate long term and damaging both your organs and immune system.

i started at 245 knowing i only went twice a week to the gym at the time had to stop healing 2 minor injuries just repeating my self nobody reads but ho well.
my daily calorie intake had to be 1800 for me to lose 1.5pounds a week 2500 to maintain my current weight
3500 calorie deficit = 1 pound of fat loss
700x7 = 4900 thats my total deficit weekly on my current diet wich equals normally to about 1.5 pounds a week in weight loss
i do not starve myself only the 1st 3 days were hard and i felt hungry but after that i was fine and i am still fine
like i said uneducated people trying to talk shit and call what i'm doing starvation and bad when they have no idea wtf they're talking about
