Just start doing the lifts and you could get noob gains to hit those numbers in like 2 months lol

he's beyond noob gains you won't pull that much that fast sadly unless he previously was and muscle memory kicks in

Yeah I knew he had lifted before and was getting decently strong for his weight. I feel the problem is he worries so much about every...little...thing instead of just going in and trying to lift and improve from wherever he starts

2-3 months if he’s pulled 495 before AND with good programming/diet

he said his old lift was 395x5 (I think) and then later went on to say he wanted to pull 5 plates, so yeah 495lbs ozzy is right.

Idk how strong muscle memory is and relative but I think 6 months of serious traning for specific lift you could be pulling 495lbs

Ah I misread / didn’t bother converting and presumed he wanted 395 again not 495

can confirm, started using superglue/gorilla glue predeadlift, sometimes epoxy, gains are astronomical
