Should listen to my body. Was aiming for an easy 7km run but stoped after 2km. The lower back have been working to hard so it need to rest for tomorrow’s longrun.

Goal: 21km
Had some good food and a couple of beers yesterday. So was a bit tiered. Was aiming for a faster 10km to “wake up” and then fall back a bit the last 11km. Was able to do as I planned.

Nice stuff man! Stay motivated and stay healthy! If you ever have any questions or need motivation I love to encourage others. Do you use a running gps watch? Are you on Strava? I found my running improved greatly when I got on strava and made some friends in the local running community. I run just about every day as well and I can attest at least for myself and for many others, that working your weekly mileage up consistently, slowly and safely over time will bring you your biggest improvements for your running goals. Don't get injured and stick with it! :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
