I found my running improved greatly when I got on strava and made some friends in the local running community. I run just about every day as well and I can attest at least for myself and for many others, that working your weekly mileage up consistently, slowly and safely over time will bring you your biggest improvements for your running goals. Don't get injured and stick with it!
