45, its also in my post. Tell your boss he gets it wrong way. It's not true that he can't build muscles anymore, because he is low on testosterone. Correct way is testosterone production and muscle building is in a loop, dependant on each other. He is low on testosterone, because he is not building muscles/strength and he is not building muscles/strength because he is low on testosterone. The higher T-levels, the bigger muscle mass and vice versa. So if he wants to peak up his testosterone levels, best way is via strength/HIIT training.
