Don't stop the diet, that's relatively normal. Your body will acclimate, give it 2-3 weeks, maybe even longer (I've read people claim up to 4-5 weeks before testing over 1) and reassess.

Highly skeptical you are in ketosis after 48 hours, but that is besides the point.

I’ve always been a freak, lol

being in ketosis after 2-3 days isnt abnormal. its adapting to the metabolic shift that takes longer

You have undoubtedly been losing weight but there's also a high possibility of a good amount of it being less undigested food sitting in your intestinal tract as well as dehydration.

You're playing around with your health in negative ways with this diet, IMO.
Speak with a doctor about it and see what they think.

Muscle actually went up, BMI went down.
Our gym has some pretty awesome equipment that gives us all of those stats.
Water weight changes everyday and I’ve been constantly losing more. Don’t think it’s water anymore.
