What is your meal plan for cutting?
Anybody got any ideas?

I had a few, worked decently. I would like to find another to cut faster.
Took me 3 weeks to lose 9 lbs.

I currently weigh 175
I'm 5'11" (178cm)
Not sure exactly on my current fat % is.
I find I have too much stomach and chest fat

Does anybody have anything specific to their meal plan?
I placed myself on a diet not really hindering much.
Depending on the day and what I was doing during it. tel:1400-22001400-2200[/URL] Cal's intake.
Looking for good yet inexpensive meal plans.

1: 9lbs in 3 weeks is well above average and more than you should expect to maintain
2: don’t do KETO unless you plan on doing nothing as your energy is going to drop, and you’re probably failing long term like most do
3: less calories in than calories out is all you really have to focus on if you aren’t trying to actually build muscle / strength

How much meat do you add to your meal and is that in every meal or specifically dinner and lunch? Eggs in morning?
Did you get training before hand? Or have help meal preping?
Also congrats on the loss of 48.5lbs. It's hard to lose at a heavy weight. (Hard to get into the groove)
I tend to not have a cheat day until I am 3 months in or else I lose my diet..I don't just have a bowl of chips. I eat the damn bag.

Truth hurts yet it's fucken annoying. I don't do portion. In other words, portions aren't in my eyes. It's hard to follow a portion for myself if it is a type of junk food. The only portionable item I could maintain is pistachios, which are insane for calories.

I don't expect to maintain a 9 lb decrease, I'd be looking dead in a month. I'm looking for options to take. I don't find I ate enough some days and others I had to much. I find it hard to keep track of an exact number of calories each day everyday on the same numbers. I tend to go 1200 Cals one day and I've went up to 2800 cals another day because I ate ribs.

Honestly, 90% of the people here are probably overweight.
Not the best place to ask this.

Regarding 2...boy do I have to disagree here. That's a common myth from people who don't know how to get into and stay in ketosis properly. It was a rough 2-3 days getting accustomed to my food...but it's changed my life. I have an unbelievable amount of energy, blood pressure is down, cholesterol is down, sugar NEVER goes above 100, anytime of the day. People fail "long-term" because they either don't like the food, or they don't care about gaining weight back eating pizza and cupcakes.

Ik, but some aren't. And I enjoy seeing other options/ opinions on the subject because either is hard to continue on a meal plan that I don't find sufficient.

Post in Raynor’s thread in BnP, provide goals, BMR, current height/weight, and any foods to exclude in diet if day you can’t eat eggs, or nuts for example. That’s your best bet here, honestly.

But again if you aren’t looking to specifically build muscle or gain strength you don’t have to focus on macros, and just calories. If you know you’re hitting only 1200calories on your day and you are still hungry, just eat. 🤷‍♂️

Most tend to apparently bounce short term rather than long-term.

I tend to do that. If I don't meet my goals I usually eat something a little chunky.
If it is too late and I am going to bed I will eat something like a yogurt.
And I will post in his thread.
