I don't expect to maintain a 9 lb decrease, I'd be looking dead in a month. I'm looking for options to take. I don't find I ate enough some days and others I had to much. I find it hard to keep track of an exact number of calories each day everyday on the same numbers. I tend to go 1200 Cals one day and I've went up to 2800 cals another day because I ate ribs.
Post in Raynor’s thread in BnP, provide goals, BMR, current height/weight, and any foods to exclude in diet if day you can’t eat eggs, or nuts for example. That’s your best bet here, honestly.
But again if you aren’t looking to specifically build muscle or gain strength you don’t have to focus on macros, and just calories. If you know you’re hitting only 1200calories on your day and you are still hungry, just eat. 🤷♂️
