That is pretty much what I have been doing around 5 days a week

Not beginning been lifting year and 8 months or so now. Yeah buddy I will definitely listen to my body dont want to increase my chance on risking injury that's for sure

Hahaha I've been posting on my smartphone this whole time.

You post on jsp while at the gym and I'm the soft one?

When I go to gym I focus on working out. Getting my workout in and leaving. You must be one of those guys that get on a piece of equipment and just sit there and not even really workout and just stay on there phone hahaha.

Personally doing 3 muscle groups instead of 2 was a lot better as I could work out 4 times a week instead of 6, which put less pressure on me physically and in terms of social commitments. If I felt like it I could do extra on days off
