Your stupidity is so high it very nearly triggered me. And that's amazing, because I haven't been triggered by some random nerd on the internet for...I can't remember when.

You probably eat a couple spoon fulls of cottage cheese before bed and think you're getting enough caesin protein lmao

TC, sorry for derailing your topic arguing with this dweeb. I've tried a few different types of whey, and I always preferred ON whey gold standard. 5lbs is 55$ on Amazon, reasonably priced imo.

There’s actually no scientific evidence that shows benefits of a diet that involves more than 1g pp.. Infact, a lot of peer reviewed scholarly journals shows health risks with an extremely high protein diet including vascular disease and renal dysfunction.

But you know, bro science

This is what you call a marketing success.

I hope you gave your mom's breasts a suckle last night to ensure you got enough slow digesting protein. I'd also be a bit riled up if I just learned my allowance was going to something completely useless.

Time to get educated junior.

I'd be lying and say I did the math, but I wager it would be cheaper $$$ wise to get 200g of protein a day suplimenting with powder, than trying to eat clean and do it all food.

And despite what you two little scrawny weasels say, 1:1 will always be the go to for any body builder.

How do you do that calculation. Food has other micronutrients and calories that also add to your carbs and fats not to mention volume in your stomach which makes you feel full so you don't turn into a gluten after you just injest liquid to meet your needs.

Good luck with your GNC counter job. I hope you can sell it better there than on here. Maybe you can try to push some pt Goodlife training sessions on the side.

GL on finally getting two plates up on your bench press. For you I feel like it will be an accomplishment.

Np about thread derailment.

I'm just trying to figure out what I should take or if I should take it at all. I use to go 6 days a week, i got labral tears in both shoulders however and now just want to be toned and healthy. Might just go the costco route

If you insist and are Canadian. Canadian Protein usualy has deals I believe. Probably can get coupon codes too. Install an addon called honey onto chrome. Most legit add-on ever. Iv saved hundreds on flights from coupon codes.
