No, the USAPL records in 181 are higher than IPF lol by about 10% iirc.

Definitely. I never go in to win or lose at a meet. I just want legit people to push me. PLing community is rather small here and it's hard to find strong 165-198s locally to help push me to a 1550 total that I want.
