Depends what the breakfast consists of. Depends on how many calories of protein shakes you consume. Is it one shake with 2 scoops? Six? Is it three shakes a day? Five?
This could potentially work, but it's all dependent on a lot of variables.
Hit your caloric and protein goals on a daily basis and you'll be happy with your results.
Breakfast would consist of oatmeal and eggwhites most days, on occasion cheat and have full eggs / sausage, protien shakes 150 cals @ 30 g protien... I've been told rule of thumb is to try and hit 1g protien : 1lb in your goal wheight...
