90 degrees

For the top of your quads tho. Not bottom of hamstrings

90 degrees is misleading imo

I find low bar destroys the forearms. I must be doing it incorrectly. I like a more upright position anyway.

I never had forearm pain till I cycled in low bar as a secondary movement.

So my shoulders and hips are supppppeerrr flexible, while my dorsi flexion is booty and my knees barely travel an inch past my knees. Iโ€™m fantastic at low bar, while high bar Iโ€™m garbage at and tend to use as an accessory movement.

I honestly wish I could work on my flexibility more, but I donโ€™t feel as though itโ€™s improved at all since Iโ€™ve started working out.
