I find low bar destroys the forearms. I must be doing it incorrectly. I like a more upright position anyway.
I never had forearm pain till I cycled in low bar as a secondary movement.
So my shoulders and hips are supppppeerrr flexible, while my dorsi flexion is booty and my knees barely travel an inch past my knees. Iโm fantastic at low bar, while high bar Iโm garbage at and tend to use as an accessory movement.
I honestly wish I could work on my flexibility more, but I donโt feel as though itโs improved at all since Iโve started working out.
