was more of a jab at the idiots who think theyre alkalizing/acidifying their bodies via diet and need to correct with juice cleansing and herbal supplements, and that sumo dl/low bar squat/hard arch bench are sustainable movements that they should use in training full time

Yeah, it did seem weird when you said something about throwing off a ph balance. What's wrong with sumo/low bar!?
