Okay brother, listen up!
Eat more, train harder.
Go a simple program like: chest tri / back bi / legs shoulders / accesoires for 1 week. Compound exercises first, isolation after.
Aim for 5k calories the at least minimum. Quick snacks or frozen yoghurt in between meals. Make sure there's some protein in your meals. Fast food all the time after workouts.
Try to get 3 exercises per muscle group, ask a trainer or fellow bro to help you with them and judge form if you're unsure. Read up on some muscle mind connection. (Will link you CMBurns in the edit)
