only thing that ever gave me pip was first time w/ test prop, literally anywhere. vg/glute/delt/quad

then acetate in my chest for first time def gave dat virgin muscle a lil fuckery

I still get pip. It’s rather slight soreness, which is much better than basically the test flu that I used to get.
